East Haven Landfill

The proposed solar array at the East Haven, CT Landfill consists of over 3,000 panels secured to ground mounted structures, on top of the existing landfill cap. SGE designed the AC & DC sides of the array, as well as a new 13.8kV service to the project site, which was closely coordinated with the utility company. SGE worked in close coordination with the Civil Engineers, Client & Owner to design a system that met all requirements in an environmentally responsible manner.
